"Happy" Reflection

In the movie “Happy” directed by Rico Belic, the concept of happiness is explored throughout different cultures and locations.The movie shows that when you put aside material things and go a little deeper within yourself you are on the way to achieving true happiness. In the society we live in today, we are presented with money, power, and material luxuries as the factors that are guaranteed to make people happy. In contrast, this movie shows that while many people don’t have any of these, they are just as happy, if not more so than the people who do.
